Air travel after cervical disc removal and fusion surgery

When is it safe and permissible to air travel after cervical disc removal and PEEK cage implantation and fusion surgry?
Can I travel by air at 8 - 10 weeks after such surgery?

Personally I wouldn't. At 10 weeksyou are still considered as early recover from surgery. Fusion isn't seen for 6 months. I would wait at lleast until you are at 3 mons. post.. If it's an ermergency, that's something else.

have you asked your doctor when you can fly? He might have a whole different answer....
