Hey i was wondering about the air condition in my 1998 dodge neon. the issue is that the air that comes out is only sorta blowing cold if cold at all. I have an AC unit in my car i'm almost certain.
What needs to be changed? does it need to be filled, does something need to be replace?
And how can i fix it myself if possible?
