Hi everyone! I hope you can help me on this one!
I applied for a CSSA position at Air Canada (Customer Service Agent) and had a phone interview as well as a language test over the phone. I passed those and was called for a second interview with other people.
We had to do a "pre-employment test" that lasted about one hour (it tested math skills as well as geography and "on-the-job situations"), prior to doing the face-to-face interview.
During the face-to-face interview, I saw that my score was 109 (point something). I have no idea out of how much. On my way out, I asked another candidate if she knew her score and she said it was 80. I was really wondering if anyone of you guys had gone through that.
I would really like to know what was the maximum points you could get.
I'm not too sure about how my face-to-face interview went and I was hoping the written test would help me in some way, but I don't know if 109 is good or just average. All I know is that you had to have 60% to pass (and we all passed).
Thanks for your help in advance. It's really appreciated!
