Air bags in Ford Escape did not deploy can I sue?

I hit black ice and swerved into a pole, it was a side impact, no one got hurt but the car is totaled and I just want to know if with those circumstances I could sue?
 
and doe it have side air bags and did anyone get hurt then maybe you can but i guess you could sue who put the pole there as well and the one who left the black ice also while your in the suing mood..sorry dont think you got anyone to sue
 
1st. What does the manufacturer have to say about the speed in which the airbags are supposed to deploy?

2nd. If no one got hurt, what is the purpose of suing. Are you just money hungry? Wont your insurance pay for the car?

Sounds to me like you were driving too fast for road conditions and now you are trying to take advantage of a situation.
 
If it was a side impact they won't deploy unless you have side air bags. You messed up and wrecked the car so why are you trying to put the blame on some one else and get rich off of it.
