aim video chat...............?

ok..well me n my friend r tryin to get aim vid. chat to work...but its not
i hav a webcam n he doesnt, but it should still work cuz i do the chat wit my friends who dont hav vid chat
he has a mac i hava pc...n yes, we both hav the newest aim


help plz!...how do i get this to work?
lol..yes i no...but he wants to see me.
 
its no fun if you cant see him. lol whyy do you want to video chat if you cant see your friend. lmao.
