Aim Phone 2 Get ????

What phone has built in AIM like the sidekick 3, preferably sprint for unl msgs. I am looking to get rid of my sidekick3.

I know the blackberries on nextel do. Have not tried it for Cingular and I have the 8125. So does the treo 650, but i'm not sure which carrier it was. Someone at my job had it and showed it to me as I had asked the same question to him.
