AIM or MSN audio chat recorders?

Me and 2 other friends were planning on making an audio podcast. However we would prefer not to meet up everytime we want to make one. I was wondering if we could just have an MSN or AIM audio chat and record it. Is there such a software that can do that? And will the sound quality be good?
