Aim chat harassment?????!!!!!!?

i talked to this guy.i know hes in FL. and now hes harassing me..calling me a hoe...and stuff just because i didnt wanna cam chat with him and etc....??? stupid..so i blocked him now hes making different accounts/and contacting me what should i do...can i sue him???? plus i was supposed to see him when i was in fl....for the Ada[American dance awards]....he has done some shit in the past..like asking me for nudes...but he came clean because he liked me he hacked my friends account...the told the truth he was gonna sell them....? so idk
