Agree or disagree? We should fine tune our sexual predator laws?

Those who are actually caught messing with children should be put to death. When there is less than a 6 year difference between the alleged victim and offender, and victim is over that age of 12, and consented, then that should not be illegal, actual rapists should be castrated? What do you think?
