...theories (take Glenn Beck's followers? for instance) tend to do so because they are weak minded individuals who want to be able to externalize their own failures. Imagining some great unseen cabal allows them to blame their failures on someone else. Also, the greatest fear of all for mongers of conspiracy theories is that the world might really just be a bunch of people muddling around trying to figure things out as they go. Your typical conspiracy theorist wants to believe that someone is in control and the absolute absence of a single over-arching power is the greatest shock they can possibly imagine.

Why not just do your own research about the people involved in this administration; birds of a feather flock together. And while you're at it - pull up video of their speeches. That is if you care to open your mind to the facts. Could it be those who refuse to research the facts just slam Glenn Beck because he reveals information you don't want to hear ?

I don't remember ever hearing Glen Beck say it but I know what you mean; there are actual nuts that believe 9/11 was a conspiracy and planes didn't actually hit the buildings, and even though there were mass graves and video documentation of dead Kurds there are people that believe Hussein didn't have chemical weapons.

Government needs to entitle people with stronger meds, the crap they're giving away now isn't working.
