Here's my email to Agile's tech dept (no answer yet), maybe some of you know of a fix?

I recently purchased a lifetime subscription and installed the latest version of Agile onto my Nokia E61 (firmware version 3.0633.09.04) Agile V. 3.78, customer ID XXXX-XXXXX-XXXX. I only use AIM and google chat (which i configured within Agile) and I'm able to sign on and send messages. As soon as I receive a message from within either AIM or Gchat the software signs me off and the app shuts down. This happens if i'm signed on through T-Mobile's EDGE connection (I'm on T-Mo usa with a BB connect plan) or through the phone's built in Wifi. I've tried signing off all active data connections (except Agile) and this is still the case. any advice?
 
I had this happen to me the other day on my N73ME. Turns out I had the phone plugged in/charging and vibration alert on. This caused it to crash each and every time i got a message.

Just a shot in the dark... but were you charging your phone?

other than that I suggest turning off vibrate and see what happens with a restart.
 
hmm... don't know what to tell you but contact agile and tell them your issue and hopefully they can help you fix it or issue a patch for the app.
 
Thats crazy that they still haven't answered you yet on your support question. I'm lucky enough to have purchased IM+ wayy back when I had my SE P900... I just dropped them an email explaining that I now have an E61 and within a DAY they had me a new reg code. Let us know if Agile takes care of you.... I USED to have good luck with their program.
