Hey, I have an idiot dog!

Ok so.. it's like this:
He's a small dog, and well, he keeps charging and gargling at anyone that touch's him
Well, it's actually going by his mood, if he wanna bite and charge and attack etc. than he goes for it.. in some rare times he doesn't... very rare times.
I had this friend which she's very unique??? XD not in the retard meaning or something.. she just knows too much about dogs.
and of course i took the opportunity, asked her for help and she said that the dog just doesn't know who's the leader and who doesn't. he thinks he's the leader of the tribe
and I see it clearly! [dunno how he is, I can step on him and smash him like a small cute little insect]
For example, sometimes I just lay on a bed that he's on, and with the touch of my skin on the bed, he loves me so much he can just eat me up... i don't really want that...
Anyway, she told me that if I wanna change his stupid behavior I need to make like ground-rules if you may, like:
No dogs on bed!
No human's food!
And stuff like that, she said it's because that dogs came from wolves, and for example a leader has his own special place for sleep and doesn't share it with others so you can't share you bed with your dog... and also i notice how mad he gets when his on the bed...
Well in order to get help I'll write a few more things about him:
* Gargling NON-STOP!
* Like to attack and charge people
* His honor doesn't allowe any touch on his belly. He'll get VERY VERY mad and just attack instantly
* If you pick him up, he will want to tear you're arm apart. =]
I told my parents im sick of it, and want a professional guy to take care of it.
and they don't have the money right now for it... [and my mom said they'll have it and to come back in 10 years to see how things going]
Well.. I hope i gave enough information to get help...
I'll also mention that I listened to her and didn't give him food or sleep on a bed with me and it didn't really change him.. just made him REALLY mad at me for not treating him like a king and surrender for any gargle he makes...
