Hello i have a baby corn snake who's probably about 5 or 6 months old by now, and hes been great so far except for 1 issue. when i hold him normally (which is about every 3 or so days on average because i'm not always home) hes usually just fine. at first he's a little cautious, but then he settles down and just crwals from hand to hand calmly. However... whenever i get done feeding him and he's ready to go back in his cage i can never pick him up because he's so offensive. Either that or he thinks my hand is food, but whatever i put near him at that point he tries to bite. The only solution i had to this was to tip his little bucket(which i use as his feeding cage) slowly so he gently slides out of it into his cage... does anyone know why this is happening after i feed him? The mouse is in a bag and i don't touch it so i shouldn't have it's scent on me...
