Agents that work with teenage Authors?

I'm trying to get my book published and I have gotten 2 rejection letters back from agencies out of 5 and I’m just down in the dumps. I know I shouldn't be because this happens a lot but I just feel like crap and that my book is crap. But anyhow I was wondering if anyone knew any really nice agency that like to work with teenage authors? I think there are some but I can't seem to find any. So if you know or have links to any please tell me. Thanks.
My book is fantasy fiction.

I'm sure your novel isn't that bad.;; Nice agents are everywhere, at least that's what I think. They are just serious.
You just need to keep trying. =] & maybe, you'll find an agent who is willing to publish your story! ^_^
