Age to work at McDonalds in CA?

Hello I'm 15 turning 16 in September, and would like to know the minimum age to work at McDonalds in California.

you have to be 16 but if u get lucky and get interviewed you should try to extend your vocabulary so they know your responsible and mature and they will hire you at 15 and a half

Probably 16, but try to aim higher than McDonalds, something maybe with a little more pay.
