So I was reading the laws for the US and each state as far as M/F, F/F, M/M sex goes. For example, in California, you have to be 18 for all three. Say, Bob and Mary were both 15 and had sex, would they be in legal trouble? They're the same age. If Bob was 15 Mary was 20 then it would be a Misdemeanor. Also, there's the three year law. I'm just wondering if it applied to people of the same age cause like the whole Britany Spear's sister and the Palins, etc.
