Again a t-mobile question?

I have a 2 year contract and ive only had my phone for 8 months today im going into t-mobile to get a new phone i want to upgrade to a gravity from samsung will they let me and will they give me a discount?
 
No discount, yes you can upgrade but a new 2 year contract will start again.

I just ditched them for Verizon, T-Mobile is terrible.
