Aftermarket radio/gps in 2010 mercury mariner possible?

I am thinking about buying a aftermarket radio, sort of like the pioneer gps/dvd player for a 2010 mercury mariner but the radio is really big and attached to the climate control knobs. Is it possible to put any sort of a aftermarket gps/dvd player in, instead of the stock radio?
