...after the acceleration and breaking control problems with toyota cars it was obvious the company had to have vehicle recalls and a retooling of their industry
this was considered a no-brainer by the industry, society and the government
after the oil platform tragedy why has there not been the same assumtive attitude for a 'recall' by the oil industry, a total reassessment of the process, a cessation of production until the issues are resolved
wouldn't it be fair to do so considering the now obvious flaws in the system?
