after submitting UC SIR, can I still go to other college?

I am going to transfer from community college, and admitted by several UC's. UC's SIR deadline is June 1; and I'm still waiting for USC.
What happen if I get accepted by USC after submitting UC SIR?
Can I cancel SIR after submitting it? And submitting UC SIR automatically drops other college?
