reset the upgrade date? I ordered an ENV touch using my upgrade. I had it for one day, sent it back and it was signed for by Verizon in Ft. Worth on Monday morning. I am getting something else and was originally told my upgrade date would be reset as soon as they got it. Now I am being told it takes a while, maybe not even by the end of the week. Im using my old phone again and its pretty shot, so am in a rush to get my new one. Anyone experience this or have any ideas? Thanks!
