After P.E last week., my gym teacher made a move on me.?

I am a 13 year old boy, and he came in whilst i was in teh shower. he's a lot bigger than me and i didnt know what to do. He said it was okay but i feel like it was wrong.
He says were not doing anything wrong cause we care about eachother but i feel like we could get in trouble? should i tell someone?
