...the water every day until...? so once my tank is fully cycled and i have detected nitrate in the water, i know i'm supposed to do like a 30% water change and then put my fish in. but just in case i'm unable to get my fish the day i detect nitrate in the water.. should i keep adding a little ammonia to my tank everyday ? to keep the bacteria alive ? and when i am finally able to get my fish, should i do a 30% water change and then put some water conditioners in the tank, or will that mess stuff up ?
