Yesterday I went biking for about 2 hours, I usually don't exercise for this long but after I did from my knee down me legs have felt sore. So I was wondering when it will stop being sore and what I should do to stop it. I think my legs have felt sore maybe because I didn't stretch before ( if I should stretch how long should I do it, and should I do it after or before I exercise because i've heard ppl say dong it after is better.)
