After i Sprint in Track Meet i get lower Abdominal cramping?

So im in track. Im not very good but im not horrible. I am im pretty good shape..so i think. But everytime i run either a 200hundred meter or 400 i get really bad cramping about 15minutes later and it always happens. Im a really healthy person and try to eat the right foods. I ate rice and a banana at 1:20 and didnt run until 5:30. I try to hydrated myself well. I warmup before i race and stretch. I dont understand i feel like im trying to do everything right so it doesnt happen again but nothing is working. Its really bad for a short amount of time. its very low abdominal, and i feel like i have to pee but i dont i try and i cant .it has happened every meet when i go balls out! idk what to do help!!
