After i install VMWare Workstation, my Vodafone USB 3G Modem stopped working. Any idea

how to fix this? I use a Huwawi K3765. It works completely fine until I install VMWare Workstation. When i install it (but no virtual machine is powered on) and plug in my Vodafone 3G USB Modem, it's not detected. The Vodafone application says "No Device". If i uninstall VMWare, it'll work fine. Any idea how to fix this without unintstalling VMWare?
I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. and VMWare Workstation v7.0.1 build 227600
I haven't set up any virtual machiens yet, and even if i kill VMWare processes, my USB modem isn't recognized still. The only solution is to uninsall VMWare..

I have same problem. Ultimate x64, K3765, VMware Workstation v7.1.2 (301548). Have you solved this problem?

Stop the VMWare USB service
