after i get my yorkie fixed will he stop hiking hie leg on the furniture?

my yorkie didn't do this as a puppy, he is now 2yrs. old and we can't stop him so after he gets fixed will he stop? he started doing this after another dog came to visit
 
He is marking his territory. Very common in small dogs. I had a mini-dachsund who did the same thing and he was neutered. It may help once he's fixed, but not completely. Try a thorough carpet cleaning with odor neutralizer. I've found that dogs will continue to mark the same spot over & over.
 
nope, you will have to teach him not to lift his leg in the house. He should have been neutered a long time ago, neutering now isn't like a magic behavior wand.
 
Most likely, usually it is just the hormones. So hopefully it will, but I can't say he will for sure.
