I am disabled living in a disability complex in Iowa .. After a huge snow storm , my heater in my apartment quit working ..I told the manager , and she said it might take up to 2 weeks to get it replaced ..In the meantime she gave me 2 fairly useless space heaters ..Dont they have a certain amount of time to repair a broken heater , considering the temps are well below zero now ?
