i have a nokia 7900 prism and went abroad with it using the same SIM i used in India. when i switched it on there the phone went off and now it does not turn back on. the phone was working phone in India but now it refuses to switch on though the SIM card is still operational. I went to Nokia Care and they seem to not be able to figure out the problem. i have an Airtel SIM card. please help .......
