After dropping my iphone, it shuts down randomly. How can I fix it?

the phone only shuts down when not in use, and not plugged into a power source. It fell decently hard, but there seemed to be no external damage. The phone was unresponsive right after the fall, but booted up a few minutes later. It works as well as ever when I'm making calls, browsing etc. but if it is left without being used, it will always turn off after a minute or so. What happened, and can it be fixed?
 
hard to tell, but you probably hurt the battery. all you can do is go to the apple store and hope that they will replace the phone if you still have warranty left. OR you can try doing a restore. that may fix the problem.
 
i'm sorry buddy, it's trash now. and dropping an iphone shouldn't have that effect on it unless the iphone was close to trash.
