I'm asking because i have a big decision to make on wether or not to get double jaw advancement (orthognathic) surgery and i would like to be able to box competitively and fight in mma without having to worry about having a jaw that breaks easier than it otherwise would.
So after jaw surgery, once the six months of recovery are up, will the jaw still be more likely to break from impact?
