no i believe the 1st video phone was the 6230/7610

Nokia 3650 is the 1st camera and video Nokia phone in the US!!

Also the 2nd S60 phone in the world.. The 1st one was the 7650 which was only dual band and was not available here in the US.

So that makes the 3650 the 1st tri-band S60..
