After 7 years, will US CELLULAR still charge me for contract termination?

I Want to port my number from US CELLULAR to TMOBILE. The problem is that I don't think I have enough for the contract termination fee. I have been with us cellular for about 7 years. I heard a long time ago that if you're with them a certain amount of time they will waive that fee. Is this true? I'm only going to port my phone but the actual contract has a total of 5 phones so 4 will stay with us cellular... Does that help?
Sorry I forgot to add this: over 7 years I have been renovating my contract. I'm currently under contract and I have exactly 1 year left..

That's the only consideration. The expiration of your current contract... i've you've been on the same contract for 7 years now, then the contract is expired and there's no fee to leave them...
