My ex and I have a child together. He is 3yrs old. My ex and I have a very volatile relationship! After we broke up he went through girlfriends like it was going out of style! He always took his visitation days to be with his girlfriends and have my son around them! So when he finally got serious with a chick I didnt want my son living there with them! So we agreed that his mother would be the "Mediator". Aj lives with his grandmother, but during the week he lives with me and at night he goes back to his grandmother bc I have 2 other children and during the weekends he goes to his dads house and stays. Out of all this time I have never asked for a dime!! So now he has just served me custody & child support papers. He is requesting Primary Custody and that I pay him child support!! This is completely Shocking to me!! Because I have complied with him for so long and I have given him so many freedoms with his son!! I know he doesnt have a leg to stand on but I am nervous that because he has been living his grandmother for the past year that they may just give him custody!! Any Advice is Welcome!!!
