...months? Before we got married we had sex very offten. Then are 1st child came, then after our second we didn't have sex for over a year. There we no complications after the second one so I am getting desperate.
 
maybe she doesnt want a child, try to talk to her if she is facing stress and discuss the intimate relationship between you and dont just reject or act crazy with her like most men do in marriage.

tell her that if it feels or makes you any good i can do some of the duty of children. maybe play with them till u rest. or just do some intimacy (like kissing and touching and hugging) with her at night time but no sex or taking out clothes, so if u do that maybe next few days she might consider being intimate with you but try not to just be an animal and satisfy your desire. satisfy her too.
 
There could be a lot of reasons you are not having sex as often. The first thing that comes to mind is your wife might be totally exhausted with two children being a full time mom and you don't say if she works? If she does, she is doing double duty working and taking care of the children as well as the house. I would suggest she have a complete physical to make sure nothing physically is going on with her. Have you sat down and talked this out? To answer your question, I would say no it is not normal, but you have many questions that need to be answered before anyone can make a blanket comment. She just might be totally exhausted after a full day. If everything is physically fine with her maybe a week end away once in a while or take the children to grandma's house for the week end to give yourselves some time alone.
