Yes or no? I'm finding extremely conflicting information on the web. Has anyone kept these two successfully? Tank is 55g, overfiltered, with rocks and hidey holes.
Peacock cichlids will not do well with African knife fish. African cichlids are extremely aggressive. I've had African cichlids beat up a 7" long pleco of mine. Knife fish have pretty much no form of protection.
