Affordable & Legal Mods for '06 Pontiac G6 GT?

My car is black, 3.5L V6 engine, sedan. Has 6 disc CD changer & panoramic sunroof. I'm more interested in LEDs, wheels/rims, basic interior mods. I'm a girl, so I'm not mechanically minded. My dad is, but he's a busy guy.

I live in an area limited to WalMart, Advance Auto, Auto Zone, and some other local places. I'm open to online resources as well.

Suggestions?
