Affiliate php template how to?

I do affiliate marketing and have found no help on youtube of how to build a template to fetch my affiliate database. Please if anyone can help I would be so grateful to you. It is a large database and youtube videos only show small databases and is of no help at all. I work with commission junction and share a sale and have access to ftp downloads for datafeeds but have no clue how to build a php template to display it. I need help. Thanks
