aero keeps shutting off

so i opened some java math program for school and windows told me something about aero wont run with this program, blah blah, and it shut aero off and i asumed it would turn back on. it didn't. now when i turn aero on it says opening and the screen flashes, but then it doesn't turn on...

my computer is capable of running aero and it ran fine before i ran this online java applet...

what do i dooooo?

long story short..i guess it has been fixed in a recent release?
