I have just started exercising again after 3 years (and 3 stones heavier!), and looking for a bit of advise on whether what i am doing is right for weight loss.
I am at the moment doing 15 minutes on the elliptical trainer twice a day at a speed of around 20 (mph??) it says my heart rate is around 95 - 105 yet i feel very out of breath, hot and sweaty so i'm not sure if this is accurate?
I drink about 8 - 10 glasses of water a day and have a total calorie intake of around 1,000 a day.
Am i doing enough to see results?
