advice re sweating

Every morning, regardless of where I'm going, I put on carefully applied concealer to all of my pimples/red markets/scars. Usually I'll go the gym and sweat a lot, but my makeup stays in place and I go on with my day. Is not washing my face right after I work out going to make me break out more, or is that a myth? If I wash my face, I would then have to reapply my make up which is time-consuming and annoying, but I don't whether letting the sweat just evaporate causes new pimples. Anyone know? Thanks!
 
Personally, I've found that wearing makeup to the gym makes my skin break out. The makeup stays in place, yes, but it is blocking your pores and holding the oils in. Your best bet would be to remove your makeup before going to work out, then washing your face with a gentle cleanser afterwarRAB and reapplying the makeup.
