advice on working out and dieting ?

SO I'm a female ... 16 years old, about 5'4 and my wieght? 158 lbs. it's crazy I've never been this big before. and I know I need to excersize and eat healthy and drink lots of water etc. the only issue I have is that I have like reallllllly big problems with people. I feel embarassed just being around them... im really socially awekward. I never want to go to the gym, although I can it's right next door...ther are always people there. I can't workout and sweat around them it's like impossible for me i get anxioty and I've also been really depressed. I wanted to do the lemonade or master cleanse diet but people have been saying its extremely unhealthy and im running out of options. idk what to do. I just end up going to school coming home eating and sleeping ... same cycle everyday although I do eat healthy. I'll have like oatmeal in the morning and the a sandwhich for lunch at school... and an apple and yogurt. and ill come home and make a strawberry shake... all i put in it is orange juice and like 10 strawberries. and then ill eat a can of tuna and grean beans for dinner and later maybe a grapefruit. so i dont know whats going on or what i can do. help? thank you all for any ideas. god bless you.
