Advice on renting in london?

Hey there, i'm looking to move to east london, in essex, preferably in the romford, harold hill area, and rent a 1 bedroom apartment. So as it stands, 1 bedrooms are around £600-£700 a month to rent. But what else to i pay on top of that?? Like how much is everything all together with gas, electric, water, ect???
