Advice on buying a mororized bicycle?
ANybody know about motorized bicycle: pls give me some tips on buying it.
My mates are going on a hiking trip, so i want to go with them. Becos of my heart condition i cannot hike alot. thats why im thinking of buying a motor kit to intall on to my bicycle. Since electric engines seems expensive, im thinking of petrol driven ones. what shud i look for?

ebay is selling 40cc or 80 cc engines, what does that mean? some engines are installed behind, some in the middle. which is better? any tips?

40cc is good size, 80 is too much. cc is engine size, you can go up to huge sizes like 3000+, 50cc engine got up to 131 miles an hour at Bonneville once, but on your bicycle 40cc might get 20-33mile/hr. Look for something that fits well and is balanced, you don't want to have 10 kilos on one side and 2kg on the other. If you're offroad, it could cause trouble if your constantly stop-starting over rocks etc, but I haven't tried so I don't know for sure.
