Advice on buying a Subwoofer, box and Amplifier for my jeep cherokee?

im looking to upgrade my system soon. im looking to buy Pioneer 12" Subwoofer, TS-W302R from walmart heres link http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=6958861 I plan on putting this sub in a ported box from bestbuy heres link http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Atrend+-+12%22+Single+Ported+Subwoofer+Enclosure+-+Charcoal/9026868.p?id=1218009783153&skuId=9026868 I am wondering if this will be a good set up or if i should get the box without the port? i listen to mostly rap and alter. rock genre Eminem is my fav raper. im not looking to impress anyone i just want some bass in the trunk. (i will be powering this with either a 2chanel jensen 425w bridged if i can find it) i use to have two mtx in my z34. if i cant find my amp what would be a good amp for the set up i have layed out if this is a good set up! thank you for your time please leave me some advice also leave links if you can thanks again
