My friend was dismissed from his University, due to a violation of the student conduct code. Basically he got into two verbal altercations, on two separate occassions. The first was actually not his fault, but he took the blame just to smooth things over; and the second was his fault. Since he had one prior altercation, the University dismissed him.
He wrote one appeal letter immediately after the incident, but the University stood behind the dismissal, & gave him one more opportunity to appeal the decision. It is now, 3 quarters later and he is still very passionate about school--but needs suggestions on the 2nd appeal letter.
