Advice Needed- Using NSU and USB Cable...

Hi,

I've read that the supplied Nokia E50 USB cable (and possibly other models) is touchy at best. Is this true? If so, does anyone have any advice on updating the firmware using the USB cable? Are there alternatives? As I understand it, even the slightest loss of connection between the phone and computer via the USB cable can damage the phone. If this happens is there anyway of getting the phone to work again?

Yes there are ways but honestly, I'd updated firmware on several different phones and never had a problem. If you set the phone down and then don't touch it through the process, you're fine. just don't start jacking with the thing.

if something bad happen like a dead phone u can send it to iunlock.com and they can bring it back to life.

jacking schmacking...i dont even look at the thing during the process. I cant wait for the day when the pop-port connection completely dies.......n95
