Things I'm considering to invest in.
1. Automated mailing to Demographically targeted age groups near the Dojo.
2. Hiring people to distribute fliers around the area near the Dojo.
I want to make it look like a traditional school without making it look like a mcdojo. I'm going to hire very good artwork and make it look like a traditional Japanese dojo, with a Japanese art work in the fliers. That will be distributed in the mail.
Fears:
People will just throw it away...
