Hi, I am going to a trial run for a coffee lounge/cafe. I haven't been interviewed or anything yet, but i have to go in for a trial run for 3 hours. Some of the responsibilities that I will have are serving customers, making sandwiches, clearing tables and cleaning. I am a junior. What do you guys think will go on in a trial run? Do you have any tips or advice? It is in a couple of days and I want to be prepared.. Thank you in advance!
