i was in a car wreck yesterday and i am out of the hospital but they didnt gvie me anything for pain. i cant turn my neck at all and it is swollen and bruised. what can i do to relieve pain, i am taking ibeprofen and applying heat. also soaking in hot baths. but my entire body hurts and i am having a hard time even walking.
